Linear transfer step

Linear transfer single jig model STEP, with programmable step from the keypad of the machine which is applied. It works with a brushless motor and plate movement with a ball screw and is complete with plate for housing the workpiece carrier support with orthogonal slide, xy adjustments and rotation of 5°, predisposed for the application with shelf-slot "T". Suitable for machines with multiple colors with or without independent pads, makes more quick and easy the use of the pad printing machine. It can be connected to pick & place devices, for a complete automation of the process, and devices of the pre-treatment such as corona, plasma or flame treatment.
