Position control
Composed of a camera and a rotating centering table with brushless motor, the position control device allows to align and center the pieces in cases where it is not possible or is difficult to load each piece for printing in the same position.
The device software is uploaded to a PC and controlled from the control monitor. Not only that, but through the rotary centering board it is able to get an absolute printing precision (+-0,05 mm). A vacuum system also ensures the immobility of the piece during the printing stage and the pressure of the pad.
This system is widely used for printing of medals or coins for collectors and in all cases in which the workpiece can not be in any way secured to the support or feeder.
