PLASMA TREATMENT
A variant with a similar effect of the corona treatment is the plasma treatment. It does not require a grounding system. It always works with a discharge between two electrodes which occurs at the end of the head or internally. It is transported on the surface of the material by an air flow and opens the molecules, thus promoting the generation of polar molecules and their link with the ink molecules.
The unit includes a freely radiating electrode and can be used in automatic or manual mode.
