Linear

Programmable linear feeder with multiple jigs, with pneumatic locking of the plates in print position. It can have a variable number of jigs, depending on the type of machine and size of the object to be printed, with a step from 127 up to 356 mm, programmable by the machine control keyboard. It works with brushless motor and chain movement with pneumatic lock and plug insertion of the plates in the print stations: this system guarantees absolute precision. Furthermore, the plates run on two linear guides and are mounted on recirculating ball bearings. This type of feeder is ideal for machines with 4 or 5 colors with or without independent pads; its installation increases the production cycle and makes the use of the pad printing machine easier and faster. It can be connected to pick & place devices, for a complete automation of the process, and pre-treatment devices such as corona, plasma or flame treatment.
