For the wider market of wine closures of plastic/synthetic material (not cork) Comec Italia created the rotary pad printing line LIN.STA.02.1165. Being a rotary machine, it makes use of a cylindrical steel plate and a pad in sectors that turning also makes rotate the caps, to print the logo or image at 360 °.
A particular high-voltage device for the surface pre-treatment of the bottle stoppers developed by Comec Italia, similar to the corona treatment, allows the ink to become anchored perfectly to the surface of the cap and to maintain an excellent seal for a long time.
A potentiometer allows you to control the print speed from the control panel; it, touch screen, provides the ability to manage production batches and to program fully all the functions of the machine, for an absolutely accurate printing.
The rotation of the bottle stoppers takes place on teflon-coated bearings and guides, the loading and unloading of the machine are automatic and it is possible to change the loading channel and the print table depending on the measures of the caps.
The line is designed for printing of 22-24-26-28 mm diameter bottle stoppers with variable height from 38 to 47 mm.
It is a high-productivity plant (about 8000 pieces/hour) and extremely versatile, that operates at a very high level for this type of application.
