ROTO CAP XR-110
For printing caps and capsules of 28-30 mm diameter here is Rotocap XR 110 Comec Italia. It is a full line which includes a feeding system, the printing machine and a oven for drying the finished pieces.
The feeding system is composed of a gravitational elevator with mechanical charger of the pieces, provided with caps supply channel from 1 to 3 lines. The loading capacity is from 30.000 to 90.000 pieces/hour; this system greatly reduces the air consumption and ensures a constant flow of the pieces to the machine.
The printing machine is equipped with rotary pad printing heads for printing from 1 to 3 colors with micrometric adjustments to the alignment and centering of the printing. It makes use of cylindrical steel plates and automatic and programmable pads cleaning system. In addition, it is equipped with: peristaltic pump system for ink recirculation in the inkcup, jet of hot air on the pads between the various colors model Hot Wind 200, gas flaming for surface pre-treatment of pieces in addition to the already mentioned infrared oven for drying the finished pieces.
Other optional equipment such as camera for quality control, viscometer for controlling the ink density, counting device with automatic palletizing packaging can be requested.
