Comec Italia’s PLT TEX A ECO ink achieves GOTS certification

Comec Italia’s PLT TEX A ECO ink has obtained the GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard) certification.

PLT TEX A ECO ink, which already has the ECO PASSPORT certification from OEKO TEX and level 3 of the ZDHC standard, enriches its green vocation with this prestigious certification.

The Global Organic Textile Standard is promoted by the main international organizations leading organic agriculture, in order to guarantee responsible and sustainable development in the textile sector, and the vast international recognition obtained allows those who produce and sell organic textile products to have a certification accepted in all the main markets.

The Global Organic Textile Standard guarantees chemical products used in the processing of the textile industry that comply with the required requirements, through appropriate evaluation, based mainly on the verification of toxicological and ecotoxicological characteristics.
