Automatic line for pad printing hangers inserts comprising: 4 colors print head with hermetic inkcup 110 mm diameter, vibrator for the flow of the parts, automatic loading on elliptical feeder step 127 mm, automatic and programmable pads cleaning, drying of the pieces in line with Master Flow device, automatic unloading with pick & place.
The machine prints around 2500 pieces/hour (2 pieces at a time mode).
