Automatic line for pad printing of cubic size markers, it consists of a 4-color print head with hermetic inkcups and ceramic rings 130 mm diameter, vibrator for the flow of pieces, automatic loading on linear feeder 24 positions with rotation of the pieces after each printing, corona surface pre-treatment, automatic and programmable pads cleaning, hot air Hot Wind 300, pieces drying with Master Flow, automatic unloading with pick & place.
The machine prints about 15.000 pieces/hour on 4 positions (lateral faces of the cube).
